Kästle official supplier for the Nordic Ski World Championships 2021

When the medals in cross-country skiing, ski jumping and Nordic combined are awarded at the Nordic World Ski Championships in Oberstdorf from February 23, 21 onwards, the Vorarlberg-based ski brand will be supporting the major event as the supplier of its forerunners and officials.

A cooperation with the Nordic World Ski Championships seems crystal clear for Kästle, as the Austrian ski manufacturer is deeply rooted in racing. The traditional brand not only looks back on a successful history decorated with medals, but above all into the future. The path Kästle has taken by expanding its portfolio to include the Nordic segment is based entirely on developments from racing and making them accessible to everyone.

"What belongs together comes together," is how Markus Weeger, Team Leader Marketing and Junior World Champion 2011, describes the new partnership. "In Oberstdorf, tradition meets the modern - a credo that is strongly anchored in our corporate philosophy as well, since decades of experience in ski construction meet innovation here every day."

Already at the beginning of the season, Kästle shows the high value that racing enjoys in the company with the market launch of its new top model RX10 2.0 Skate. "The cooperation with Oberstdorf not only strengthens this clear positioning in racing, but also enables us to have a strong presence in southern Germany, which we would like to expand in the coming years," continues Kästle CEO Alexander Lotschak.
